The family of Juta Wistaria Smith Matthias would like to advise of her passing on Thursday, January 17, 2019, in Miami, Florida. She worked as the Office Manager for Dr. Wishburne Hunte and Dr. Tai Caesar-Hunte of the Medical Foundation Building. Juta was a graduate of Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She worked for Graybar Electric Company, Inc. for several years before relocating back to her home in St. Thomas.
The first viewing will be at Turnbull's Funeral Home on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A second viewing will take place at the Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church in Tutu on February 10, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and services will follow immediately after at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery in Smith Bay.
