Services will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018, for Idalia Peters Richards, who died Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the Schneider Regional Medical Center.
She was an educator for 30 years and a member of the Agape Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was the wife of the late St. Clair Omega Richards Sr.
She is survived by her eight children, sons, Michael Richards, St. Clair Richards, Eugene Richards; daughters, Aileen Richards, Patricia Richards, Joan Richards, Brenda A. Henley, Jessica Whyte, Tulani Abdul, Alma Rozier, Stephanie Richards; sisters, Clementina Knight and Cynthia Carey; brothers, Leroy Peters and Maldred Peters; sister-in-law, Margaret Edwards; daughter-in-law, Yvonne Richards; sons-in-law, Wayne Whyte, Ashford Archer and Lew V. Henley Sr; grandchildren, Kimba Williams, Ebony Peters, Demitra Williams, Latoya Ravaliere, Kareem Richards, Ashfrida Archer, Olsen Forde Jr., Okeem Forde, Eugene Richards Jr., Jarien Whyte, Jeremy Richards and Brianna Whyte; nieces and nephews, Lydia Parris, Laverne Lynch-Ortiz, Christine Jacobs, Agnes Blaise, Dale Richards, Maritza Philip, Sandra Manwarren, Carolyn Roberts, Henry Milligan and many, many more family and friends; and extended family, Marie, Elma, Una, Julian, Warren and Jonathan Louis.
The viewing is at Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church in Anna's Retreat (across from the fire station) on Sunday, November 25, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The service follows at the same church.
